Alcoholic Beats

I wrote this short little poem yesterday in the car on the way to my unlce's memorial service

drop the bottles
turn up the volume
make me deaf
don't make me drunk
pain like this cant be cured by whiskey
just dance
let it bleed
pound our ears out
ware our feet out
break our heels
tear the hems of our dresses
keep your clothes on
get that glass out of here
we need something a little stronger then old grapes or dry corn
grab some strobe lights
give us seizures
spin that fire ball
turn the lights off
drop the beat
